During her time at Manchester School of Art, Pollyanna created drawn art films through the exploration of different materials, mechanistic & optical sounds, enabling you as the viewer to perceive how textiles could sound. She was inspired by a combination of old and new technologies, her body of work pushed the boundaries of what textiles could be.

Delving into the technological world through collaboration with coders led to the creation of a sensory and interactive piece, which the audience were able to interact with in order to create new processes and layers to the digital art films. 

 

Pollyanna graduated from the Manchester School of Art in 2016 and her piece has been exhibited at the Vertical Gallery & the Manchester School of Art Degree Show.
